Long-Term (>30 days)
- Gas stabilizer (Sta-Bil)
- Tires off the ground (to avoid flat spots)
- Change oil beforehand
- Exhaust plug to keep out moisture
- Battery removed or on a tender

- Never cover a hot bike — melts the cover, scorches paint
